1. Tami Helms as owner of Tamterra Jewelry and Gems has the rights to all and any content on tamterragems website. This includes, all designs, photos, logos, text in all sections. Nothing is to be copied/used without direct written permission from Tami Helms. All items are under Tamterra Jewelry and Gems copyright.

2. We strive to keep all information accurate and update. We however are not legally responsible for typos, orders not being shown to us by computer error through our website builder. We update the site continually but we are not responsible if a product is not shown sold by computer error.

3. Because we sell gemstones and colors can be deceiving on photos, we take every effort in portraying the correct color. We are aware that different cameras and light can cause gemstones and metal to look different under different lights and on different surfaces.

4. We ask that an account be made to use our store, and will not sell, rent, or share your information. We require that you take the time to study the stone or jewelry and sizes to make sure you are aware of what you are getting. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and email.

5. We use payment processing through Square, Paypal and in time will add only those that process payments in an appropriate business process.

6. We retain the right to modifiy or cancel any order at anytime. We do strive to achieve the highest level of satisfaction, so will do our best to always fill your order to the best of our ability. We will contact you by email if a modification is needed. If no answer is received we will proceed with order to the best of our ability.

6B. Custom orders are paid in advanced or upon agreement a non-refundable deposit is placed on order. Jewelry design is at the discretion of Tami Helms and no refunds are available on custom orders.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchases, we reserve the right to exchange your items. Please alert us before returning so that we can prepare new stones for you.

7. We retain the rights to refuse service. If we refuse a sale, you will be notified by email.
